Easy Italia app for iPhone and iPad

Easy Italia is a multilingual institutional service providing information and assistance to tourists who want to visit Italy. It is available seven days a week from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Tourists will be able to receive a highly qualified assistance service to all their needs by submitting a request in the form provided (a response is guaranteed within 48 hours) or by calling the contact center via skype for free or by dialling the number 039.039.039 (the cost is the one of a landline phone according to the tariff plan of the customer, both from fixed phone or mobile).

The service is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian and Japanese.

By contacting Easy Italia you can:
•acquire all the latest and the most updated information on the tourist offer of the area (exhibitions, events, itineraries, travel advice, etc.) thanks to a real-time updated news acquisition system, collected through tourism information agencies located in the area; acquire useful information (transport, mobility, accommodation, visa and permits, etc.);
•know your own rights or obtain support while interacting with private entities (restaurant bills, non-compliance of hotel services , delays and cancellation of flights, lost luggage, etc.). Through Easy Italia service, tourists can receive accurate information on the procedures for access to various rights protection systems provided by law. Furthermore, people with disabilities or with "special needs" may receive targeted information: accessible itineraries and/or locations and, in general, support for any type of need or request during the visit to our country;
•handle any emergencies or contingencies due to difficulties arising from language barriers or culture differences; receive a language support service aimed at emergency handling, in collaboration with all the operators working in public safety;
•keep yourself updated on the social, political and security situation in the countries you are travelling to, thanks to the new additional service “Vacanze Sicure” for the Italians travelling abroad.

Easy Italia is also provided with a direct connection with all the information offices operating at national level, thanks to a wide network including over 300 members, such as Tourism Promotion Agencies (APT), Tourism Information Offices (IAT Services), Regional Tourism Services, Tourism Provincial Authorities, Unions of Municipalities for Tourism Promotion, Local Tourism Information and Promotion Offices (Pro Loco).
